This document organizes everything we found—visual observations, moisture readings, photos, and lab results (if samples were taken)—into one clear, professional report you can rely on.
What’s included in the report
Your report may include:
- Property & inspection details (address, date, areas inspected, scope of work)
- Summary of findings with clear conclusions
- Photo documentation of suspect areas, water damage, and inspection points
- Moisture analysis (readings, humidity conditions, and patterns observed)
- Source-of-moisture assessment (likely cause such as leaks, condensation, ventilation issues, or building envelope concerns)
Lab results (air and/or surface samples), including:
- Sample locations and identifiers
- Spore counts / types reported by the lab
- Notes on elevated findings and what they may indicate
- Recommended next steps based on what was observed and/or confirmed by lab data
