What we look for

- Chronic high humidity and poor ventilation (common in bathrooms, kitchens, basements)

Tools and methods (professional-grade)
Our inspectors use the same approach we use in real-world mold cases:
- Infrared (thermal) camera to locate moisture patterns behind surfaces
- Moisture meters to confirm elevated moisture in building materials
- Humidity meter to evaluate indoor conditions that promote mold growth
- Borescope to view inside cavities when appropriate
- High-powered flashlight for detailed visual inspection
If needed, we can also recommend air and/or surface sampling for lab confirmation.
